Return Policy

At Anderson Ave Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns under the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only—no refunds will be issued. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be new, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the shipping date (including weekends and holidays).
  • The item must not fall under our final sale category (see below).

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

  • Hats
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift certificates
  • Sale items

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our customer service team at Andersonaveboutique@gmail.com or use the "Contact Us" page on our website. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

You will receive a response with return instructions within 48 hours of your request.

Return Shipping & Processing

  • Returns must be sent by mail—we do not accept in-person returns.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping charges for exchanged items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order details

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After approval, store credit will be issued via email, or an exchange will be processed as requested.
