REFUND POLICY

We hope you absolutely adore your purchase! But, if you aren't completely satisfied, we accept returns on new, unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) of the shipping date for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be given. All swimsuits, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, gift certificates, and sale items are final sale. 

Returns must be may mail. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges for exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility. 

All return requests may be done by emailing our team at Andersonaveboutique@gmail.com or using the "contact us" page. You will receive a response within 48 hours regarding next steps in the return process. 

Any item(s) damaged upon arrival must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery date of the package.
