If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of new, unworn, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays). Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only—refunds are not offered.

Please note: all swimsuits, hats, jewelry, hair accessories, gift certificates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns may be made either in-store or by mail. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be mailed—we don’t accept in-person returns
  • Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable service; we’re not liable for lost return packages

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Flat Rate of $6.99 for U.S. orders under $100

  • Orders ship via USPS, arriving in 5–7 business days (timing may vary by location or during holidays)

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships

  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update

Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Please verify your address at checkout—we’re not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses

  • Contact us ASAP at Andersonaveboutique@gmail.com for any changes; we’ll do our best if the order hasn’t shipped

  • Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipping fee

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery delays, losses, or theft

  • If marked "Delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or your post office before contacting us

  • We can assist in filing USPS claims but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements

Expedited & International Shipping
