Return Eligibility
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only—no refunds will be issued. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be new, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the shipping date (including weekends and holidays).
- The item must not fall under our final sale category (see below).
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

- Hats

- Gift certificates
- Sale items
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
You will receive a response with return instructions within 48 hours of your request.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Returns must be sent by mail—we do not accept in-person returns.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping charges for exchanged items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A description of the issue
- Your order details
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After approval, store credit will be issued via email, or an exchange will be processed as requested.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99 within the U.S.
- Shipping Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address & Responsibility
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you realize an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Andersonaveboutique@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update it before your package ships. However, once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your order is delayed or lost, we recommend reaching out to USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
- If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or your building’s mailroom before reaching out to us.
- We are happy to assist in filing a claim with USPS but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Expedited Shipping & International Orders
- At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
