Shipping Policy

At Anderson Ave Boutique, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible! Below, you’ll find all the details on our shipping process, including costs, delivery timelines, and important information to ensure your package arrives safely.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.95 within the U.S.
• Shipping Carrier: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address & Responsibility

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If you realize an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Andersonaveboutique@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update it before your package ships. However, once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your order is delayed or lost, we recommend reaching out to USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
• If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or your building’s mailroom before reaching out to us.
• We are happy to assist in filing a claim with USPS but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Expedited Shipping & International Orders

• At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping or international shipping. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
